Hello there, "convo" blog fan - welcome to Donna's Diary!
Here I'll talk about anything that's on my mind which I think would be of interest to you:
- Special events
- A heartwarming or funny family story
- A major achievement or personal milestone involving myself and/or my kids, and how you or your family can follow suit
- Insights on how to recover from or completely avoid a bad experience which I or one of my relatives has personally suffered
- Appeals meant to build up community spirit, peace and tolerance
- Simple ways to make extra money (at your leisure and without using up much time) for debt relief
- General tips and advice
Basically, any tid-bit or anecdote that I think can help you to laugh, learn or live better. In particular, I'll tend to write from the perspective of a married, full-time mom.
Nevertheless, the majority of my posts will bear some relevance to most people's lives, thereby (hopefully) proving interesting and useful to a large cross-section of family-oriented folks.
This is the blog's very first post, although at some point you may see others with previous post dates. These historical posts will all be transferred in from a sister blog, Donna's Glorious Giveaways.
DGG was my first and only blog prior to this one, where I did all of my personal writing.

I'm going to move those posts here because they don't fit in with DGG's giveaway or "freebie" theme. This problem is what actually led to the creation of Donna's Diary: I need an outlet for my personal thoughts, but I also have to stop cluttering up the DGG blog with unrelated content.
Given the amount of time involved in organizing giveaways, running 2 heavily incentivized rewards programs, operating 2 blogs and taking care of a family, I must regretfully limit my diary posts to once every other month.
When appropriate, however, I will cross-promote DGG giveaways and initiatives here as well.
