Pssst... Did You Know?

Hey, did you know that almost half of my posts are hidden? It's not intentional, it's just a shortcoming in Blogger's design.

You see, Blogger's content is split between posts and pages.

Posts contain material which pertains to a specific point in time, and are therefore time-stamped when published.

Pages, on the other hand, have no temporal basis and the material contained therein is typically evergreen. Hence pages are never time-stamped and are primed for reuse.

The problem is, Blogger's layout has no area defined for pages - only for posts.

What this means is that visitors can never see page content by default. Instead, they must be directed to those pages via links included in posts.

So if the author never creates explicit links to these pages, they're never seen!

This presents a major dilemma for me since hiding posts would serve no practical purpose in my diary.

In fact, that would ironically undermine my objective to share my thoughts and opinions with as many people as possible.

Accordingly, I have decided to create a reference page with links to all hidden pages on this blog.

Here is a chronological list of said pages, in reverse order:

[N.B. This list is considerably shorter than that found in the blog's desktop version, due to the fact that my early blog entries were written solely for desktops.

Despite my best efforts, I have not been able to optimize all of them for display on mobile phones.

If you want to read the entire set of page entries, click on the desktop link found at the top of this article (shown there as View desktop-friendly version)].
